Workplace Support Services Intern  
Individual will assist in providing administrative facilities support to Real Estate AVP of Project Management, RE Project Manager and local Facility Manager.
Provide assistance for the following:
  • Assign workspace to business units for new hires and relocations including voice, computer equipment, and security
  • Remove employees from Workplace data base as required, including voice, computer equipment and security.
  • Keep accurate records on where employees are housed via Workplace (software)
  • Coordinate moves, adds, and changes (MAC) within territory
  • Coordinate IT activities within assigned territories
  • Support new hire procedures to ensure employees have the tools needed
  • Assists with the planning, design, construction and move activities for the local field office.
  • Assist Project Management and team in processing invoices, contracts,  and purchase orders as needed to ensure schedules are met.
  • Assist in inputting project schedules for various projects.
  • Special Projects as needed
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Multi-tasking skills to meet the needs of high volume of workload.
  • Communications skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Financial modeling, presentation development
  • CADD/Autodesk experience preferred.
