This position is responsible for the development, pilot, and fulfillment for loss prevention solutions and client services.  The target audience for loss prevention solutions and client services are successful individuals and families in the high net worth insurance marketplace and should competitively differentiate Chubb PRS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of a disciplined, analytics based approach to client service delivery and fulfillment including pilot and the evaluation of performance such as adoption, user experience, Net Promoter Score, and other key metrics.
  • Direct accountability for prevention and client service vendor performance including contract negotiation terms and SLAs, workflow optimization, quality reviews/audit, and service issue escalation and resolution. Top tier vendors are defined as those like ADT and Sentinel Leak Defense; also manage Preferred Provider Network vendor service relationships.
  • Responsible for re-imagining and restructuring the Preferred Provider Network, the next version of Signature Suite, and other services that could be available for a fee.
  • Coordination of the existing service, Chubb Property Manager Program, including management of the service execution and liaison with local management and claims before and during an event.
  • Oversight of the PRS CAT Liaison role, the PRS-wide CAT Coordinator for CAT related Proactive Communication activities. Responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and communication of the PRS CAT playbook.  Liaison with Claims for claims assist.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.
  • Insurance or Financial services experience a plus; Consulting experience a plus.
  • Experience leading teams and working collaboratively
  • Experience with customer experience and service delivery
  • Track record of executing and producing results.
  • Ability to plan, communicate, and execute multiple projects and activities with varied deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Ability to hold partners accountable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook. Visio a plus.
