Job Description

North America Personal Risk Services (PRS) is a division of Chubb that is a premium insurer specializing in successful individuals and families and is the category leader in that segment.
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and implement end-to-end integrated marketing strategies to generate demand and support PRS execution against its goals, including, for example:
    • Articulate compelling value proposition and differentiation for all PRS products and services, across all geographical regions and core audiences (prospects, clients, agents and influencers), aligned with overall PRS targeting, positioning and messaging.
    • Develop point of sale multimedia (print, digital, video, other) content and platforms, B2B and B2C, to drive engagement and education on PRS products and services.
    • Initiate, develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns to promote products and services.
    • Together with subject matter experts such as digital marketing, customer experience and communications teams, develop integrated multichannel campaigns to all core audiences to draw them to customized journeys, promote PRS products and services and gradually improve funnel conversion.
  • Serve as PRS Marketing’s central point of contact and relationship manager with PRS Sales and Distribution, Underwriting and Product functions, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and supporting Marketing colleagues in developing and driving initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Build and develop the Marketing Programs team and ensure ongoing career development and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years in product marketing and/or distribution marketing
  • Proven experience in leveraging marketing tactics to drive business results
  • Financial services background, preferably some insurance experience
  • Experience managing complex, multifaceted and multilayered projects
  • Built and managed team of 10+ marketing professionals
  • Superb communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Results oriented, accountable
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter and hands-on leader
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Collaborative
