Work Schedule:   Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week; daily schedule determined by manager

Internship Job Description:

Collections Shared Service Center – Producer Billed Team

  • Assist with Direct Collection Letters
  • Assist with Notice of Cancellation review and distribution (when needed).
  • Checking cancellation list for any items that are paid
  • Reconcile Multinational settlements via the US and Accommodation bordereaux processes.
  • Assist with Cash Flow multinational premium reconciliations.
  • Work with Chubb misdirected cash to ensure no service issues.

General Qualifications Summary:
  • Preferred Majors: Business/Accounting/Finance/Risk Management/MIS
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and basic Word and email functionality
  • Flexibility and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills and results orientation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
