Chubb is looking to hire a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to build out the growing Financial Systems team, strengthen the Chubb TM1 Center of Excellence, and support Chubb’s enterprise-wide initiative to expand the Financial Systems footprint across the organization. You will be joining a fast paced team that designs, builds and supports a suite of financial planning and reporting models. These models enable hundreds of users, from analysts to finance leadership, to plan, analyze and make business changing decisions.

This role requires a detailed understanding of IBM Cognos TM1, as well as knowledge of financial data, the meaning behind it, and how to transform this information into technical solutions to meet business needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in designing, implementing, testing and deploying applications, creating reporting solutions and user interfaces, and interacting with users to support their needs. Candidates will need to excel in both independent and team settings; proven leadership skills are a plus.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) models using TM1
  • Engage with the user base to gather and refine modeling and reporting requirements
  • Support users through their interactions of TM1
  • Support dimension and metadata maintenance efforts
  • Participate and lead training sessions for onboarding new users and functionality

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
  • 2-3 years of experience with TM1 development
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timeliness of delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FP&A, Insurance financial data
  • Familiarity with Agile development & project management
  • Experience participating in enterprise wide projects and working with diverse teams across multiple locations
