Responsibilities:

Position will be responsible for the direct supervision of a team of Quality Analysts as part of the Quality Program for Personal Risk Services Operations. The Quality Supervisor will work as part of a team to instill consistency across offices regarding the overall expectations of behaviors and results. Measurement of success will be determined by a calibrated detailed review of reports, and timely response to communications and requests, observation of processes, interviews with internal customers and team discussions. 

Additionally, must exhibit excellent time management skills, analytical thought process and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with others in various levels of management.

Candidate must be able to work in a team environment and be able to share knowledge and feedback, through excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Personal Lines Insurance Operations knowledge is a plus. Areas of review will include all the aspects of customer on-boarding and policy processing steps. Throughout the review, the candidate will work with Personal Lines Management team to ensure consistency in the review process. The candidate will provide feedback on findings to PRS management.

The position might require travel.

 

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university

- Minimum 5 years of insurance or related experience with an in-depth knowledge of Operations processes and responsibilities

- Successful experience supervising or leading teams

- Proven experience as a quality assurance supervisor or relevant role

- Ability to positively direct the work of others, including the ability to make and communicate assignments; resolves issues affecting employee

- Through knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

- Strong communications and presentation skills

- Must be able to exercise influence and champion what has been identified as Operational standards

- Must have sound understanding of core Personal Lines Operation functions and associated workflows and metrics; experience with more than one line of business a plus

- Must be able to collaborate at all levels

- Prior Personal Lines audit experience a plus

- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent time management to ensure completion of assignments in a timely manner and within schedule

- Must be PC literate (MS Office), with Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Access is a plus

- Possess and demonstrate outstanding computer skills as required for tracking / analyzing data, generating reports, creating presentations, and automating reports

- Possess clear understanding of root cause failure analysis tools

- Knowledge of Verint/Cisco is also a plus

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Ability to work independently
