The Marketplace Support Analyst for Small Commercial Insurance is experienced in P&C insurance business processes, workflow, and systems. This person will also have a proven track record of experience working with Underwriting, Operations, Product Development, and I/T as part of the implementation team for technology solutions.

The Marketplace Support Analyst will provide analysis support and customer care for Marketplace platforms, including those supporting our external capabilities, internal workflow / operational support, and product implementations. 
 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the timely resolution of production incidents impacting Marketplace agent and internal underwriting / policy system users; collaborates cross-functionally to troubleshoot, develop and execute workarounds, and communicate status of resolutions to affected parties.
Evaluates / triages issues escalated from the Small Commercial Help Desk or directly from underwriters or sales leads
Works with agents, underwriters, and field sales
Manages inventory of escalated items and drives to closure, with special urgency for revenue impacting issues
Manages to production support KPIs such as issue aging, premium impact, etc.
Documents and communicates workarounds for recurring issues (i.e., while long-term fix is in development).
Supports the User Acceptance Test process for new Marketplace Products and features.
Provides input to and feedback on proposed system and process enhancements based on experience supporting Marketplace users.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

Broad knowledge / experience in P&C insurance business processes, workflow, and systems. Experience with Small Commercial insurance and agent platforms a plus.
Experience supporting a complex technology platform with many integrated and interconnected supporting systems.
Strong communications skills to successfully partner with various stakeholders including: agents, business analysts, sales leads, underwriters, operations, and IT.
Results and solution-oriented; can work in an extremely fast-paced environment; strong ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives.
Understanding of the Marketplace business processes, products, and technical design is a strong plus. Can proactively work with our cross-functional team to suggest process and technology solutions to continually improve the Marketplace experience.
