Chubb Personal Insurance’s Customer Service Center is comprised of more than 300 professionals providing industry leading service to clients, agents, and internal business partners.  We are seeking career minded individuals interested in a dynamic service center environment with the opportunity for professional development.

The Premium Entry Clerk will review and process policy information and transactions both the EPREM and GENIUS systems according to established workflows.  The individual will be responsible for making sure all work is input accurately in both systems.  Correction of daily computer generated rejects is also required in EPREM.  The Premium Entry Clerk will book all premiums in a timely manner to ensure no carry over.  The individual may be required to handle additional job functions. The individual will contribute to the unit’s established service and accuracy goals.

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

•       Prioritizing work daily according to service dates

•       Process work through GENIUS and EPREM in a timely manner

•       Review all work for accuracy prior to completion

•       Correct daily rejects the next day

  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability handle multiple tasks and balance multiple priorities
  • Thorough understanding of CPI business objectives
  • Typing skills of 35+ words per minute
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule if needed
