Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible for the profitable growth of Personal Lines products through both Sponsor DM and Direct to Consumer distribution. Personal Lines products marketed through all related direct channels and marketing methods, including digital, outbound telemarketing, face-to face and others fall under the purview of the PLDM.
  • Will work in tight coordination with the Regional Digital Head and his team to execute our ambitious growth plans.  As a senior member of the Personal Lines regional team, the PLDM will operate with delegated authority for solicitation cost from the Regional Residential and SPL Heads, and will have the accountability for regional sign-off on all LJA’s that are not within authorities that are delegated to the countries or to the digital marketers.  The PLDM will also ensure that any DM / Digital markets in country operating with delegated authorities are using that authority properly to make the best decisions for Personal Lines and Chubb.
  • Will be responsible for DM strategy development under the guidance of the SPL & Residential VP and Regional DM VP, as well as execution of that strategy through both regional and country teams.  The PLDM will proactively work with product managers to configure both PL and PL/A&H hybrid products in that maximize results of both acquisition and customer management campaigns. 
  • Will also be responsible for ensuring a strong control environment with respect to directly marketed Personal Lines products, including the execution of Quarterly Campaign Performance reviews and DM audits or reviews on selected topics, including Sales Quality, Customer Experience, LJA quality and execution of DM best practices.
  • Education: University Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Communication skills: ability to carry out detailed written and verbal communications (English/Spanish). Articulate and confident in a meeting environment.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and moderate office tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills along with the ability to plan organize and prioritized, whilst working in a constant changing environment.
  • Technical knowledge of Personal Lines products and claims services with thorough understanding of laws, principles of coverage and insurance industry in general.
  • Fully Bilingual English / Spanish
  • 2-3 years previous experience in Personal Lines or Accident & Health and Marketing
