Job Description

Role Purpose

The DM Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Direct Marketing Business on multiple tasks, such as the set up and development of the Direct Marketing campaigns and their monthly financial analysis and reports, review and analysis of campaign efficiency KPI’s, profitability and portfolio management metrics, product development and Digital Marketing projects, for the Direct Marketing line of business in PR, and the Caribbean as required.

Key Responsabilities

•         Responsible for the end to end processing and reconciliation of acquisition costs; keeps records of all invoices, ensure actual acquisition costs are accurately registered on Post LJA, P&L and S6.

•         Prepare the montlhy DM Campaigns financial justifications (Pre-LJA‘s) and analyze the monthly financial results (Post-LJA‘s).

•         Review and submit providers (TPA’s) inovices for approval.

•         Prepare the weekly/monthly DM Sales per Campaign/Sponsor reports and keep track of sales transmission are accurate.

•         Direct management of monthly database exchange between Sponsors, Call Centers, and other providers to ensure that campaigns are executed as timely required.

•         Responsible for timely generating and fulfilling all reporting and compliance (due diligence) ad-hoc requirements or other requests from sponsors and fronting companies.

•         Make an inventory of telemarketing sales recordings for all campaigns as required by Compliance (Chubb Telemarketing Standards) and transfer to TPA for review/audit.

•         Prepare and maintain updated required KPI’s reports and portfolio managements metrics to efficiently manage the DM business.

•         Support the A&H Annual Plan and Forecast confection with analysis and data entry.

•         Keep record and accuracy of Borderaux received including follow up to fronting companies for the timely montlhy production closing registry.

•         Provide support for DM Campaigns: new campaigns logistics, the creation of presentations according to products and sponsor's needs.

•         Responsible for development of marketing material (including welcome kits, approved policies proof reading), remediation communications to customers and activities for A&H products.

•         Perform specials projects and other related duties as assigned by A&H Management.


•         Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  Preferrably Finance or Accounting as primary, Marketing as secondary.

•         Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

•         Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

•         Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment.

•         Knowledge of the insurance sales process and industry regulations, preferable.

•         Knowledge of telemarketing sales process and industry regulations, preferable.

•         Advance knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Language.


•         Two (2) years or more of experience within finance, accounting, preferably with experience in direct marketing, financial institutions, insurance or other service industries fields.
