DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
We are searching for a Project Manager for Chubb’s Latin American Digital team based in Miami, FL. The Project Manager will manage several projects for the Digital team for Chubb Latin America. This role will perform key analysis and project planning, as well as manage complex projects for all phases of a project life cycle. Success requires a combination of strong communication and project management skills, understanding of insurance processes and IT project life cycle.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
-  Work with cross-functional teams and related stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, and manage the delivery of enhanced analytical capabilities
-  Drive project delivery, identify and address project risks/issues, ensure appropriate resource levels, and communicate progress to the stakeholders at different levels
-  Develop and execute plans under a set of implementation and delivery time constraints. Create meeting agendas, status updates, and meeting minutes. Proactive follow-ups.
- Provide project status and impacts for Chubb Latin America digital projects to the Group Digital Program Management Office on a monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
-  BS degree and equivalent work experience required. Project management education and certification a plus.
-  Insurance industry experience.
-  5 to 10 years of experience managing dynamic projects. Adaptability to projects of all sizes – small to large in scope.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
-  Excellent organizational and project management skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects. Agile methodology experience a plus.
-  Strong leadership and communication skills.
-  Strong analytical skills.
-  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
-  Demonstrated integrity and dedication to effective, efficient delivery of objectives.
-  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project and Visio, and experience with documenting process flows.
- Experience with digital marketing and customer experience projects a plus.
