The Cyber Claim Data Analyst will report to the US Manager of Cyber Claims as part of the Cyber Claims Team.  The Data Analyst will interact with a diverse group of internal personnel including cyber claim handlers and managers, underwriters, IT, marketing and other data analysts, to help analyze and deliver cyber claim data to internal and external business partners.  

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter, develop and analyze data used by the cyber claims team and underwriting
  • Coordinate with other teams (underwriting, IT, data analytics and marketing)


•        Help management prepare data reports

  • Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports


•        Manage the data in the internal and external claims data repositories

  • Document, maintain, and report data quality metrics
  • Innovate and improve upon the current systems/data quality standards 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL, Power Point
  • Experience working with databases
  • Ability to understand data structures and relationships
  • Data analysis skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
