Job Description

Scope: Part-Time

Reporting to the Broker of Record Team Supervisor and working closely with the Team Specialist, this role is primarily to support the Broker of record team processing work from the Team’s email boxes 

Position Description:

-           Demonstrate advanced customer service skills; broad understanding of internal and external business relationships.

-           Drive customer satisfaction by distributing incoming processing requests and managing email inboxes using established workflow procedures and collaborating with internal/external customers to ensure focus is on the business needs of each customer.

-           Utilize the Masterpiece Real Time system and all supporting workflows, reference materials and technology to ensure accuracy and consistency in inquiry responses.

-           Recognize trends in issues and make recommendations for improvements.

-           Utilize the Masterpiece Real Time system to process a limited number of transactions to assist the Team in meeting its service goals.

-           Perform various job functions or projects as assigned by Team Supervisor.

 Competencies/Technical Skills:

-           Must possess or obtain an expert level understanding of the Masterpiece RealTime system.

-           Works on assignments of higher technical complexity i.e. work distribution and inbox management with the ability to contribute to team and/or individual projects.

-           Demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills.

-           Ability to analyze complex business and workflow issues.

-           Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-           Demonstrate the ability to work independently

-           Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

-           Demonstrate telephone etiquette.

-           Utilize expertise to promote a Superior Customer Experience
