Position Summary:
The Junior Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Software Engineer will assist in the design, development, and deployment of new process automation products and level 3 support of existing automated processes. The candidate must have strong coding skills and be delivery-focused.
  • As a IPA Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of new and existing automation processes.
  • You will be exposed to a wide array of business applications that get tied together with our robots, and will create value for the organization by automating business tasks.
  • Work with semi-structured and unstructured data to build cognitive bots
  • Participate in rapid development to support innovation through R&D and business delivery
  • Design, develop and test workforce (Bots) Process Automation Solutions for various business units by leveraging Robotic, Business Process Management and Cognitive Automation platform
  • Employ agile development practices including test driven development, Continuous Integration and deployment to build high quality product
  • Collaborate with IT to deploy and maintain the Bots in production
  • Respond to and resolve production issues
 Position Qualifications:
 
  • 0-2 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, possessing strong analytical abilities
  • Required technical skills: Core Java and/or C#, Python, SQL/NoSQL, Linux
  • Desirable technical skills: Knowledge of math/statistical/machine learning libraries
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, object-oriented design, and data strcuture
  • Excellent written/verbal skills
  • Works successfully in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
