Position Summary:
We are seeking an individual who is eager to learn, grow and start his/her career in a fast-paced environment.  The individual needs to have the ability to learn technical concepts quickly and have the desire for independent continuous learning due to the fast paced nature of changing technologies and methods in Information Technology.   • Responsible for the planning and facilitation of all standard ceremonies and activities including: backlog preparation, sprint planning, release planning, milestones and release alignment, retrospectives, sprint reviews and daily stand-ups
  • Engages and assists the Product Owner to ensure that work requests are properly articulated, prioritized and detailed
  • Engages with business entities as needed to help remove obstacles to his or her teams being able to deliver on stated goals, and helps to negotiate working agreements
  • Works with 3rd party vendors and in-house developers, business/technical analysts, and testing resources to deliver key objectives of assigned projects
  • Responsible for some financial tracking and reporting
  • Regularly analyzes key metrics impacting the velocity/performance of the team and produces and shares status reports that highlight any issues/blockers
  • Understand and apply corporate IT standards, ensure SOX and Audit compliance
 Position Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, Information Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Passion for learning
  • Good listener and open to different points of view
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of MS-Office or Office 365
