The position can be located in Jersey City, NJ or Philadelphia, PA.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Defines the business capabilities required for end-t0-end digital transformation and partners with technology to align the tools, applications and vendors to the capabilities
  • Designs and implements key operational processes in partnership with Digital teams in document fulfillment, policyholder service, billing and collections, claim handling
  • Defines the  business flows from new digital channels and products to legacy processes, systems, and servicing capabilities
  • Builds strong relationships with all regional business, operations, and technology leaders to drive cohesive solutions
  • Provides a portfolio view of the digital business capabilities and their implementation status
  • Measures progress against KPI across the portfolio to chart business realization against plan across the enterprise
  • Drives consistency globally for customer experience across both on-line and off-line interactions to ensure resolution for inquiry and transaction processing
  • Shifts historically high touch, manual transactions to digital solutions
  • Develops solutions, tools and implementation plans
  • Effectively presents recommendations and outcomes to executives

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 7-10  years’ experience with end-to-end business transformation efforts focused on customer centricity required,
  • 2-3 years working in a digital role preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building, selling, and executing on global strategies
  • Ability to engage and inspire strategic vision
  • Experience working with diverse functional teams in a global, matrix environment
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking
  • Process improvement, target operation model mindset
  • Ability to work across multiple business areas
  • Experience developing servicing capabilities in a digital environment
  • Strong business acumen; demonstrates sound business judgment and decision making as well as an understanding of how technology supports the business model/need
  • Professional demeanor; executive presence
  • Travel requirements, approximately 30-50%, including globally
