Job Description

Reporting to the VP Global HR Operations, the primary focus of this position is to support the Global Human Resources organization.  Areas of support include: Taleo Recruiting / Onboarding, PeopleSoft HRMS v 9.1, system enhancements from process improvement initiatives, Reporting, and Acquisitions. This individual serves as a point of contact for all departments within US HR such as Employee Relations, Recruiting / Onboarding, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning and Development. 
  • Primary lead on Taleo Recruiting / Onboarding system modifications, reporting, process changes, testing upgrades / patches.
  • Support new Taleo projects for other business divisions as an SME.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders on process improvement initiatives to reduce manual intervention in an effort to automate transactions; analyze, scope and document solutions following required project management guidelines.
  • Plan and manage the configuration of multiple systems including, but not limited to, PeopleSoft HR, Taleo, Visier
  • Act in Project Manager and Business Analyst roles to support various HR initiatives.
    • Assist with the migration to a Cloud-based HCM application.  Activities may include assisting with the Business Case and HRIS Roadmap
    • Act as SME in the implementation of the Cloud-based HCM migration
  • Prepare and execute test plans/scripts; oversee user acceptance testing, as needed on various projects/interfaces.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades / fixes.
  • Production Support (Taleo, PeopleSoft HRMS and other HR systems): researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.  Identify key business and system issues, project scope and desired results. Ensure all processes and changes are well documented.
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Assist in the design and development of HR data dashboards for HR and Senior Management.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation as needed. Train new system users as required in Taleo.
12+ years’ experience working with HR information systems is required (preferably PeopleSoft HRMS)
3+ years’ experience working with Taleo Recruiting and/or Onboarding, including at least one full life cycle implementation is required.  Proficient in OBI Reporting is preferred.
Experience with other leading Cloud HCM applications in a system-support or implementation capacity (Oracle HCM and/or Workday) is a plus.
5+ years Project Management experience is required
Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions / processes, and experience with database tools.
Ability to manage employees and multiple initiatives simultaneously
Qualified candidate must have strong decision making skills and be able to envision next-steps
 Strong customer service skills
Member of a dynamic high-performing team
Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite.  SQL+ or similar experience is a plus.
Qualified candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communications / presentation skills
