The Agency Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

    1. appointment requests (state appointments, producer requests/terms, opening writing companies)
    2. commission changes in Legacy Ace systems
    3. confirming commission rates for Legacy Ace agency codes
    4. processing cancel and uses for Legacy Ace as well as resulting agency mapping changes
    5. database error reports
    6. stamp orders for Massachusetts auto
    7. new Legacy Ace agency codes in Producer Management System (PMS) including for CISA and CCC
    8. PMS code closures
    9. PMS code maintenance (change contact information)

This role will also assume overflow work from the Sales Practice Associate, as follows:

  • Planning and managing logistics, materials, guest lists, invitations etc for:
    • East and West Cornerstone Meetings
    • Yearlong agency education programs which include approximately 45 webcasts and 12 in person sessions (CAPI, producer schools, Producer Recruiting & Development School, Client Management School)
    • On-going agency training and new product/appetite training
    • 2 in person Agency Council meetings
  • Agency Task Force: Manage list of agents by specialty
  • Support agency tiering, agency assessment, top county and emerging agent initiatives as needed including soliciting and consolidating information from branches.
  • Manage COI Resource Center including keeping it updated with new materials
