Job Description

This position will report to the North American and European Treasurers and is designed to help develop the framework for and drive the completion of all Finance Integration 2.0 (FI2) related projects impacting the North America Treasury Group; in particular, the implementation of the TRAX treasury system. 

The role will also review the current structure of North America Treasury Operations in order to align with the future state Target Operating Model and to be responsible for the transition into that model.


•    Provide strategic input on North America Treasury transformational initiatives and direct the implementation of all resulting system/operational activities

•    Ensure implementation of Trax is appropriately phased to maximize short to medium term benefits, including the integration of new claims payment systems into the Trax Target Operating Model

•    Define appropriate future structure for North America Treasury Operations

•    Manage transition into the future structure, as part of the Trax deployment

•    Provide input/reports to senior leaders in the Global Treasury and Finance Departments on:

• Transformational activities – systems/operations/staffing
• Treasury actions supporting strategic business initiatives (e.g. digital, etc.)
• Other ad hoc reports

•         •   Provide critical input on newly implemented SOX/ERM controls/processes

•   Coordinate on ad hoc responsibilities/initiatives with other department (e.g.Tax, CAM, A/P, Billing & Collecting, etc.)

•   Coordinate with the rest of the FI2 programs and other initiatives to ensure North America Treasury Operations requirements are addressed


  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of treasury related experience
  • Proficiency in implementing treasury systems including TRAX and Quantum
  • Exceptional project & program management skills
  • Proven leadership experience in a business setting
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization, particularly with colleagues in remote locations
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mastery of end user applications (e.g., Microsoft products such as Excel and Word)
